Today the Supreme Court gave their opinion/ruling on the Arizona immigration law, aka SB 1070. The Court shot down three of the four parts of the bill. The one part that they allowed to continue was a part that allowed police officers to ask the immigration status of people who have been LAWFULLY pulled over or detained.
Right after the announcement from The Court, our dictator announced that he was stopping three key elements in the fight against illegal immmigration as they pertain to Arizona.
The elements were the 287G program, this program helped the Arizona law enforcement research people already drtained in jail to find out the immigration status. This move basically says to the illegal criminals to come on over and if you get caught don't worry, we won't do anything to you.
The dictator also announced that ICE would nit be following up on ohine calls about illegal immigrants. Um...WHAT! So this ass thinks he is better than the Constitution of the United States? This guy is one aragont SOB, who needs to be voted out in November.
The other item that was announced by Obama, is a phone line for citizens who believe they were wrongfully asked abouth their immigration status.
