Well it has been one week now since Obama won the re-election. While I do congradulate him on somehow winning the election again, I do hope that he is true to his words from his speech. He said that he wants to start working across the isle. One way to do that is to call up Harry Reid and demand that he pass a budget in the Senate! Another way that Obama can start "working across the isle" is to stop the attacks on the small business owners here in America. The small business owners make up 70-80% of the job creators here in this country. Lower business taxes equals more money in the market place. Lower taxes equals more money to hire workers with.
There will be many changes in the coming years while Obama is in office. Obamacare will fully kick into play in 2014, the IRS will become more over reaching than they are now. Costs for everything are going to keep going up...gas will get more expensive, food costs are going to keep rising.
I hope those that voted for him will be happy in 2 years when Obamacare fully kicks in and you will be forced to fill out a new IRS form telling them if you have healthcare or not, if no healthcare, then get ready to pay a fine.
Any of my liberal folks who have elderly parents who might pass away in the coming years, get ready to pay a higher "death tax" on their estates.
Those of you who are under 26, and still on your parent's healthcare, good luck paying for healthcare when you reach age 26 without a job. And if you think the government healthcare will be the end all HA! You are extremely mistaken.
Yesterday you liberals voted for 4 more years of high unemployment, 4 more years of government coverups, 2 more years of stalemate in Congress, 4 more years of a socialist agenda that will run this county further under the ground than we already are.
With Romney, America's head was peaking out from he bottom of a six foot deep hole, but now we are laying in a pine box and the dirt is about to fill up the hole. It is time for the old Republican party to go the way of the DoDo and it is time for a new Republican party to rise from the ashes, just like the fabled Phoenix bird.

The Demands of the OWS Perverts...
The other day I got a notice from the tea party brief that the OWS numskulls came out with their list of demands. I do have to say that they are extremely laughable. According to Wikipedia the OWS "protests" were started by a Canadian activist group called Adbusters. Okay now on to their truly idiotic demands. I found the list posted on the Occupy Wall Street website: Protester Demands so here we go:
1) Repeal the Taft-Hartly Labor Act a.k.a Labor-Management Relations Act of 1947. This Act prohibits the jurisdictional strikes, wildcat strikes, solidarity or political strikes, secondary boycotts, secondary and masspicketing, closed shops, and monetary donations by unions to federal political campaigns. It also required union officers to sign non-communist affidavits with the government. Union shops were heavily restricted, and states were allowed to pass right-to-work laws that outlawed union shops.
1a) Unionize all workers immediately.
2) Raise the Minimum wage to $18/hr and create a Maximum wage of $90/hr
3) Institute a moratorium on all foreclosures and layoffs- Personally this one I am in favor of!
4) Repeal racist English-only laws
5) Open all the borders, and give amnesty to all illegals
6) Single-payer Health care system
7) Stricter Campaign finance reform laws
8) Negative income tax and tax the very rich at 90%
9) Stricter environmental and animal rights laws
10) allow worker to elect their supervisors
11) Lower retirement age to 55 and increase social security benefits
12) 5% annual wealth tax
13) Ban the private ownership of Land
14) Make Homeschooling illegal
15) Reduce the age of majority to 16
16) Abolish the death penalty and life in prison, release all death row inmates to traditional prisons
17) Release all political prisoners
18) Immediate withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan
19) Abolish the debt limit
20) Ban private gun ownership
21) Strengthen the separation of Church and State
22) Forgive all debts for everyone
23) End the "War on Drugs"
Okay now that I have written them out I have to say that every single one of these idiotic demands is not going to happen. Where are we going to live if we ban private ownership of land? And seriously $18/hr...what in the hell makes you think you Dumbass OWS people think you deserve $18/hr?

GM CEO wants another $1 in Gas Tax?
News broke yesterday afternoon that GM CEO Dan Akerson stated he wants to see the government impose up to a $1.00 gas tax. Akerson says this will "nudge" consumers into buying more fuel efficient cars. The Obama administration wants to see the US Automakers stop producing the trucks, SUV's and other "gas guzzlers". Sorry Akerson the majority of the American Public does not want nor do they need to buy your glorified golf cart: a.k.a. the Chevy Volt. Akerson stated that if the US Government doesn't tax production it will add an additional $3500 to the average price of cars, which will put US automakers in poor competitive position against the Imports. Mr. Akerson it's time for a reality check: YOU HAVE BEEN IN POOR COMPETITIVE POSITION FOR MANY YEARS NOW.
One huge reason for the poor competitive position: The United Auto Workers. GM is ass-kissing the UAW elite everyday and not caring what it is doing to 1) the quality of the cars and 2) employment in their industry. I have one question for Mr. Akerson: I traded in my 2003 Chevy Silverado for a 2011 Ford F-150, my Silverado was averaging 10-12 mpg in the city, now my F-150 is averaging 15-17 mpg in the city; now Mr. Akerson, did I not buy a more fuel efficient truck or not?
I have seen one Volt here in the City of Houston, and I will admit I was thinking about looking at getting one, until I found out that the stupid car costs $44,000, but wait you get a $7,500 tax-credit if you buy one, so the price drops to $36,500, oh but you are going to have to get the extended warranty for the crappy batteries in this golf cart, so that will add on an additional $2000-$3,000 so you are basically back to a $40,000 golf cart. Hey GM I can buy a pimped out, gas guzzling, true golf card for $15,000.
Mr. Akerson when was the last time that you bought your own gas? Have you seen the price lately or do you just let your "servants" do the work? Mr. Akerson you need to come down off of your high horse and live in the real world for a month, on a real world salary, make a monthly budget and budget in $100/week for gas and $250/ month for groceries, all while making only $3,500/month.
Let me be as crystal clear as I possibly can on this to both Mr. Akerson and Obama. If you want to see this country run out of this "slow recovery" as Obama put it, into a steep Depression, then raise the gas tax by $1.00. If it happens Obama, good luck on getting re-elected next year, as we say here in the South "Your goose will be cooked!"
